Red Toad Media is a small graphic and web design boutique located on the outskirts of Louisville, KY. We've been in business since 2001, doing web and print design for mostly local businesses. We do work remotely and in other markets if the project warrants it and we have worked with teams and clients in Chicago, Atlanta, New York and Nashville.

Rodney Miles excels at making complicated processes simple and efficient. His background in Industrial Engineeering and Ecommerce Operations Management coupled with his programming knowledge and passion for building web site traffic makes him a valuable internet strategist. Rodney has worked with companies like Nike.com and Jockey.com on the fulfillment side of ecommerce and has developed integrated ecommerce systems from the ground up. While his degree is in programming, his talent for data analysis and keen business sense, along with his in-the-trenches experience getting online sales traffic and conversion results make him much more than a developer.

Anne Sallee Miles is the owner and Toad-in-Chief at Red Toad Media. A trained graphic designer, Anne's strength lies in her ability to translate messages to the web through user interface design, web graphic and animation design, web copywriting and social media marketing. Anne has served on the boards of Louisville Women in Technology and also as President of Women in Networking 2 (WIN2). She was a presenter at WordCamp Louisville in 2010 and 2011, speaking about UX. Anne has worked with illustrators to design children's books, worked with programmers and usability experts to create software interfaces, and has developed training programs and other multimedia resources for Fortune 500 companies in addition to designing web sites and developing traditional print campaigns. Anne has done editorial design for a national magazine and served as an instructor in programming and web graphic design at the college level. She has been interviewed by Inc Magazine and the Wall Street Journal and just published a contribution for Smashing Magazine, one of the top web design blogs in the world.
