The actual server is located in Orlando Florida, and has a 99% uptime guarantee. The system administrator is named Dena Whitebirch, she has been handling hosting servers for over 25 years and is a valuable resource. While most issues can and will be handled by Anne Miles directly, if any irregular incident should arise, Dena and her entire datacenter staff is on your team.
